Our women only Bootcamps run 10 times a week, delivering varied high-intensity workouts. At Fit Brummie Bootcamp, you will never be shouted at or made to struggle, you will simply have enjoyable, interesting and motivating fitness sessions which help you to lose weight and feel great, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.

All our sessions are run by fitness expert and personal trainer John Hill. John himself has over the last 10 years experienced a major body transformation, having lost over 60 pounds.
